After a years-long seller's market, conditions are finally shifting in favor of prospective home buyers! That is the finding of data and analytics company Black Knight's latest Mortgage Monitor Report, which examines mortgage performance, housing, and public records information each month to determine current trends in real estate. The report describes how the continued slowdown in annual home price appreciation and the recent drop in mortgage interest rates are combining to provide relief to hopeful buyers who had been facing an affordability crunch.

The Ronan Woman’s Club Arts & Crafts Fair Is March 9th

For the 33rd year running, the Ronan Woman’s Club will be holding its annual Arts & Crafts Fair and Silent Auction to help raise money for their work in the community! Featuring tons of great vendors, food, and people, you won't regret checking out this local event.

The 2019 fair will be held at the Ronan Community Center on Saturday, March 9th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There will be plenty of coffee and donuts in the morning for fairgoers to enjoy, but you'll want to stick around until 11:30 when lunch becomes available! Try delicious fry bread, Indian tacos, soup, and sandwiches, each available for a small fee.
