Montana Housing Market Reports April 2022: Lake County, Plains, Paradise, Hot Springs

Despite a cold spring, May is here! It’s a joy to see the lawns turning green and the buds on the trees developing, summer will be here soon! Want some more good news?  Most readers know I love this data; as of May 2 we have 14.27 hours of daylight. Yes!!!

I just returned from a week of fly fishing in Mexico and landed two permit in a day. A record for me.
Check it out, I am pretty proud.

Century 21 Big Sky is back to having our monthly staff meetings live and in person. It is great to have everyone here. While we are grateful for the ability to have Zoom meetings, I love the face to face interactions with my agents and the comradery our agents have together. We work together, learn from each other, and support each other.

No surprise here however, the real estate market remains strong. As previous newsletters have said, demand remains more than supply. I want to assure buyers that your Century 21 Big Sky agents know how to get you into the home you want, even in these tough market conditions! Our agents have the entire skill set and experience to compete in this market. Yes, interest rates are moving up. However, if you look at historical trends since WW2, rates are low.

Century 21 Big Sky wishes you all well and a Happy May. Should you have any real estate needs or questions, reach out to us!! We are here to help.
