If you would like to do even more, then consider attending the Mission Valley Animal Shelter's 2018 Puppy Party! Since it was first organized in 1989, the MVAS has been working tirelessly to benefit the area's lost and homeless dogs and cats. Last year, the group held its first Puppy Party, raising almost $45,000 for much needed improvements to their facility. This year, they hope to replicate that success with the second Puppy Party, which is happening on September 7 from 6-10 p.m. at the Red Lion Inn in Polson.

The Puppy Party isn't just your typical fundraiser; in fact, it is shaping up to be an incredible evening of entertainment for everyone who attends! Guests will enjoy raffles, hors d'oeuvres, a cocktail hour, a fabulous dinner catered by Finley Point Grill, and perhaps best of all, live and silent auctions featuring some truly amazing items! Don't believe me? You can read about some of the items, including flight tours over the Mission Mountains and a Jamaican vacation, in this article. You can also see photos of some of the items on the MVAS's Facebook page!

If you are interested in attending the Puppy Party, call (406) 883-5312. Tickets are $50 per person. If you're feeling very generous, you can also sponsor a table for eight for $500. Seating is limited and expected to sell out, so be sure to call ASAP!
