I became a licensed Realtor in 2002. Prior to this career change, I worked for 10+ years as a professional meeting planner, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. I have managed meetings with upwards of 500 attendees with the goal being to keep everyone happy and satisfied. My people and organization skills are essential in my team. On a personal note Ric and I are raising three boys. Together, we serve on numerous local boards, trade associations, service organizations, and are involved with local schools, sports leagues, and church. We know on both a personal and professional basis the local planners, inspectors, contractors, engineers, appraisers, shoreline protection division of the Salish Kootenai tribes, etc. and have strong working relationships within the industry.
